It'd be a great site if it weren't for the owners. Great facilities (although we heard they may not be all up and running now as they're still trying to sell the place). They hate swingers with a passion (something we knew about before going so we were extra careful). They regularly check fab who's near and who's asking about it on this site in the forums. So be careful if you do go, especially if you activate fab.
Everywhere there is signs in bold print saying don't do this or that. There is cctv cameras everywhere. And don't think about staying in the hot tub a minute longer than your 15mins allotted time (even when no booking for the next slot) as they door watch you in there from the camera room and will turf you out. Honestly if your face don't fit it can be an uncomfortable experience. They made us and our daughter feel uncomfortable the whole stay with their watching us, following us around (a couple of times) and general passive aggressive comments. Which was unpleasant especially as we were clearly on a family holiday and not there for funny business.
Although with the above side the site was lovely and good location. If you do go I would say just keep a low profile and yourselves to yourselves (or befriend the other people who stay well away from the barn nd the owners  ). |

I stayed there a few weeks ago and I didn't experience anything negative; the owners were very friendly at all times, they where in the social area every night and were more than happy for people to join them.
Yes, the rules are strict and I got a little obsessed about not breaking them however, these rules meant that I never had to use a dirty toilet or shower and facilities such as the hot tub, sauna and swimming pool were immaculate.
I'd heard about the owners not liking swingers on site and that they (apparently) have a Fab account to (presumably) catch people; this lead to me initially logging off whenever I was on site; then I just thought, what the hell, I'm a Fab member but I'm not meeting anyone (I don't mix naturism and swinging); I stayed logged on and nothing came of it.
In summary: from my recent experience,this is a great site; it's well run, clean and tidy, with friendly, helpful owners. Also unlike many naturist sites, it happily welcomes single males. |
