Northeast Coast Campers and Motorhome Group
Jump to: Newest in thread
Looking to get together with fellow campers and motorhome owners for social and play meets around the Northumberland coastline.
There are many beautiful "vanilla" campsites that can be great to meet up with likeminded couples and singles. What happens in private is your own business as long as we respect that this remains strictly private.
Would be great to catch up at some festivals also.
Look forward to seeing how this develops. |

Ah that’s never a good sign.
Hope to be able to get together with others on our travels, but the Northeast Coast is a little out of the way for the “usual forum page” and we thought we would make a something dedicated to the area.

We’re sure this will develop as the weather warms up a bit.
We just look on a well known camping booking web page, usually go for somewhere with electric hook up if possible, but not essential for a night or so. |

Hi everyone
We have a motorhome and we love to get out and socialize and see where things go etc
We're off on holiday to somewhere warm and back in March so hopefully things will have warmed up a bit, if not there's always park for night app for pubs with car parks etc

"Looking to visit northeast coast this July for a week never been before from Berwick down past Whitby
Any good places to stay in campervan welcome "
Try Budle farm MCC site, just west of Bamburgh.
Uninterupted views of Budle Bay, with Lindisfarne Castle in the distance.
Absolutely fabulous! |

Somewhere |
Quite often have motorhomes staying at Druridge Bay overnight. Not sure about the main country park part but the road down from Red Row at East Chevington has a turning circle and parking area. It's only a few minutes walk to the area of the dunes used by naturists and there's always a bit of fun to be had if wanted.
Feel free to DM me if you'd like more details of the location etc. |

Hello. Soon to be solo traveller in my Transporter. Is this meet up still happening ?
Would really like to meet up with fellow fabbers or naturists. Or even just campers.
Finding the solo travelling life a tad intimidating.
Would love to chat.
Even looking for a trip to France.

It's great, but it gets booked up quickly, especially around the Sunday concerts time."

If you need any local knowledge just ask, but you'd need to pm us first as you don't accept non site supporters posting you. |

Sth Tyne |
I live in Sty tyneside and never heard of this.
Had some great nights at Kielder last couple of years. I know its not the coast but sitting watching the stars with a glass of Malbec is superb.
And you never know who might join you |
