First time cam

Hey guys, just checked out the cam site for the first time, im confused as to how it works? When i click view cam i can watch people, but im not sure if they can see me? How can i tell? Also do i need to use a laptop, would greatly appreciate any feedback cheers.

Not strictly true. You can cam via mobiles with browsers such as puffin (others are available)
