It would be useful to see which users are in chatrooms, is this possible?

If the user is in Chat, there will be a "speech bubble" on their profile, when you hover over it, it shows "Chatting now".

It would be nice if this feature was expanded so if you hovered over it you could see which room they were in?

On the plus side, it would be easier to find friends, but on the minus side, it could lead to a lot of unwanted attention for that fabber in their chosen cam room.
