can't access chatroom

Everytime I try to enter chatroom I get the following message

401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

Logging into site is ok, anyone got any ideas ?

It appears the chatrooms are currently down. I guess Admin are working on it

I've had the same once it opens there's no room list or if there is there's no name list I've restarted my laptop so many times. I even updated it but seemingly its not sites end not mine

I think if you were in chat, you may still be able to take part. If you try and join chat, it doesn't appear to be working.

Tried PC and mobile and different browsers and cannot get access...
