I don't know if it would be feasible technically, but what about a group style pm where people in the pm can invite others to join the pm? It would eliminate the need for user-created rooms or private, password-locked user-created rooms, and if the user count was limited to say 5 users in one group pm, it would allow small groups of friends to chat in private. Another benefit would be that when all users leave the pm there wouldn't be an empty user-created room taking up resources in the room list. |
