It says I’m logged in and using account when I’m clearly not. I’ve changed password and still have the same problem on my mobile. Been like this for weeks and getting bored of wasting my site support fees so I can use the chatrooms on my mobile device.
Spoken to a lot of people now that are having the same problem and it’s only a matter of time before people won’t renew their subscription and go elsewhere.
FAB do you intend solving this problem at all? |

A rebate for what? You don’t have to be a site supporters to enter the chat  "

Doesn’t matter how many times or how many people have tried, nothing is getting done and this isn’t a new problem. If I bother to renew my site support this time, it will be the third time with the app not working correctly and not fit for purpose  |
