Hi All

Having issues getting the web cam working in the chatrooms, i installed the web cam drivers. I install flash player 11 from adobe. I can see others on webcam, but when we try to turn ours on when you get the Allow it ask can chat.fabswingers.com make use of the cam I click allow. Everytime you click to start cam (you still have a red circle with a black line) something is blocking the cam working. I can get it working on our old laptop, but not our main computer. Any ideas?

You need to UN-install using the un- installer from adobe and remove any files it leaves behind

I cant post the link for the Adobe help page

:search

Uninstall Flash Player | Windows

Here's the Solution from Adobe.

Download the uninstaller for Flash Player.

Exit all browsers and other programs that use Flash

Run the uninstaller.

Verify that uninstallation is complete.

Now Delete Flash Player files and folders.

Click Start Run.

Copy and paste the following path and click OK.

C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash

Delete all the files in this folder.

Windows 64bit Follow but Replace the path with the following:

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash

Other places Flash might be hiding:

%appdata%\Adobe\Flash Player

%appdata%\Macromedia\Flash Player

Reboot

Reinstall Flash

Hope this helps
