Closed connection?

Hi,we get onto fab at home but cannot when away from home. We get other sites on Internet but get a message saying fab has "unexpectedly closed connection"

Just changed phones so don't know if it's to do with that..

any help please

It will be a block from your provider, call them up or an online tool if they have one to unblock it
