Sorry but I lost you so I will start again my webcam works fine until I try to use it in fab chat rooms so I get a message saying my webcam is locked and I have to reset it but looking through my settings I don't have anything locked

Try uninstall and reinstall the browser as they get glitche at times which browser are you using

Again, your cam/chat isn't working in the Chrome Browser on a Chromebook- this is because your software does not recognise Chrome as the browser- could you update or amend your chat software to allow for this possibly?
