Unable to view cam

For some reason I cannot view a members cam, it never shows the camera button even when they on cam. I'm not blocked as i can view there profile and I can view other peoples cam. Any ideas??

I get this on certain users as well, no idea why though, really annoying.

The glitch might be with the browser you're using uninstall and reinstall normally fixes the issue...
