How do I report an account that has blocked me

"How do I report an account that has blocked me"

Click on their profile and you'll get the "this user has blocked you" message. Go to the menu in the right hand corner and the option is there. You can also counter block from there too.

Is that on the desk top version can see it on mobile?

Its on the menu at the top of the blocked profile on mobile
