silver membership what does it mean by dock 1 cam but you can view 2? does this need to be done on laptop etc

It means you can view more than one cam at once.

Yes it is better on a desktop pc/laptop.

You dock the first cam you are viewing so can then open another.

My cam keeps going off all the time.

Sometimrs stays on a few minutes but very unpredictable.

Try clearing the cookies for the site and remember it'll log you out. See if that helps
