No it isn't that.
It is what was posted previous to your comment.
It can sometimes happen when users move rooms without exiting the previous room. 
All users can type in only one room at a time.
But jumping rooms without exiting the current room can cause the profile to show, even though the user has left.  |

Thanks for this. I always wondered when I watch a cam in one room to only see them chatting in a another room.. |
