Hope you managed to work it all out OP.
It can be tricky if using a phone camera as not all browsers work. I have a Samsung phone and use Firefox.
You don't have to cam initially - I just watched others until I felt confident enough to try it myself.
My general advice for newbies is:-
Only show and do on cam what you feel comfortable with.
You can choose if you want to have sound on or not. I find it much easier to interact that way.
Type something (even just a single letter) regularly so your camera doesn't get disconnected.
