new chat crashes phone

Using chat on my android Samsung s3 crashes after a few minutes. Anyone got the same problem or is it just me.

It works fine on the S4 and on HTC 620 Desire no glitches

May be just my phone. Oh well just keep logging back in each time I guess

An in iPhone 6 Plus and I get the same problem. The chat does not move and it's slow and I keep having to refresh.
