Some cams not showing "looking for cam"

Hi, sometimes we have one or two cams that just show a grey page saying "looking for cam" whilst other people are having a jolly time serving over whatever is happening?!?! Extremely annoying. Is it to do with the browser?

Hey well AV got the same problem and my own cam doesn't work no on can see mine it is really pissing me off
