Just like you click for the forum, the icon for the Chat Rooms is up there as well (desktop mode).
In mobile mode, it's somewhere in the lower right corner in the home page. |

Sorry but I disagree.
Chat is for everybody.
In mobile - It's in your home page - the right-most box, 6th from top (out of 7 vertically). Just above "log out" box.
Forum is forum, chat is chat - it has cam and sound. However if you are using mobile, you can watch cam, but i don't think you can display your own on cam. |
