VA since re-opening?

South East

We were going to visit VA for the first time just before lockdown so it never happened.

Have done a load of killing kittens and Le boudoir nights, just fancied somewhere new.

Since they have reopened, what is the vibe like? Is it million miles from “normal” or still good fun?

If we can’t play with others that’s not a disaster but is playing together fine or is even that not really happening?

Don’t imagine you’ll get much of a reply to this for obvious reasons but can happily confirm that VA have done some excellent work in making their facilities safe and allowing members to relax whilst supporting social distancing requirements.

We love the Wednesday daytime sessions - particularly when the sun comes out to play!

All clubs ‘should’ be abiding by the rules and should be social distancing only. I know VA have been very responsible and put in stringent measures for the safety of everyone attending. The new lux lounge is great... outdoor area with beds around a large pool/hot tub (numbers limited), outdoor bar cabin and showers/toilets etc. This is fab when weather is good! Believe club is open with limited numbers on weekend nights and they have again ensured everyone’s safety by setting up bubble beds (enclosed) so couples and people in ‘bubbles’ can play safely. Check with club for most recent updates though

'Bubbles' ?!"

This means "support bubbles".

We went to Lux Lounge shortly after it opened. It was just us plus staff, and we certainly enjoyed the facilities. You can see where the money and effort went. There were plenty of hand sanitizers and antibacterial sprays handy. However, as it was only the two of us in the club at that time (not counting staff), we can't say how things work when more people are there. Also, we can't compare it to "before" as we did not go to VA pre-Covid.
