I have been here maybe twenty times over the years but my last visit was before the Covid lockdown.
So a couple of days ago I made my first visit this year. They have totally changed the layout so there are still three main screens but about a dozen small, lockable private rooms.
Plus a dark area and a Glory Hole - so much improved.

If you are lucky enough to be there when a couple are in, don't follow them around in desperation, let them get comfy and settled in, you never know what might happen. I was there last Fri when a couple came in and they were just followed around by Old men who could barely even walk, not a good impression

Visited for first time.
What a great place. Staff very friendly. Lots of variety of movies on the go all the time in different rooms .
The dark room is great.

Great post. The glory hole seems a good idea in my head, but means making a lifestyle choice. The dark room seems fun, but too much of a scaredy cat to try it out. Knowing my luck, I’ll get lost in empire and end up there anyway. My sense of direction is god awful. I’ll be amazed if I find empire at all when I go to huddersfield. Nah, just joking. It is NOT easy to find. Look for the junction of John William St and Broad Street near a red and white striped railway bridge with parking under it.
Walk down Broad Street for 30 yards and you will see stone steps on your left going up very steeply.
Walk up the steps until you reach a floor and ring the buzzer (or input the code - which I will not reveal here - and walk in)
Cost £10 but OAPs cheaper (which is 90% of the people there) Joining I think is £12 but includes admission so no big deal.
The films are maybe half and half gay and hetero |

Parking wise, there are a couple car parks up the road. But also there a big car park by train station for all day parking.

I found it very easily the first time I visited, out of the station, 1st left, end of second block down, turn right on BROOK STREET, not broad street, and next to bobs taxis was a big sign saying Empire Cinema club. perhaps that has been taken down?
But here's a clue, there is a massive building on the corner with Empire House on it, pretty good indication that you are close

However, if you you are driving there and have absolutely no sense of direction and don't know how to use satnav, (some phones can be used for that), or google maps or old fashioned paper maps then you may struggle, though if you get there and can't read the foot high lettering on the sign you should not be driving |

Had a great afternoon here today. Don't expect it to be like a swingers club and take it at face value and it's a wonderful place. Busy this afternoon, mainly males, one couple and a few TVs but it was an excellent atmosphere, everyone very polite and respectful. Something for everyone, plenty of gay and bi action. Great stripper too. Special thanks to the lady of the couple (sorry I didn't get your name) who managed to drench my hand twice as she squirted for Britain.
Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back again. |

Think Peacock-Farrell is a great signing. Gutted about Westwood but he is far too good for League 1. I'd like to think so. Think Moore is a good manager. |

Went yesterday for first time in a couple of years. What an improvement, new rooms and definitely more clean but still deliciously seedy.
Crowd has changed a bit, there were women there which I’d never seen on my ten visits in the past. |
