Single women of the NW (club attending)

As a single woman I often find it difficult to socialise initially in clubs. Couples tend to stick with couples and I'm always worried a guy thinks I'm a dead cert if I smile or chat, (I have a particular type I'm interested in).
It would be good to have a base for other single women to drop a note to say they're attending a club and see if any other single women are going. Maybe arrange to meet up to enter Etc. I will always attend a club as a single woman and don't want to be accompanied by a male.
Please this thread isn't to be use as a pick up joint. It's for us women to arrange the company of other women for socialising/accompanying.

I'm all for this, find it so hard as a single female and often wish more single males were admitted into clubs as couples aren't always the easiest to pentrate "socially"  |

What a great thread. I always go as a single lady but awkward trying not give the wrong signals and still have a chat and a good time. I tend to go to Cupids but not been since Pre Covid, so now feel really nervous about getting back out there. Would love to meet up with other ladies and have a Pre drink chit chat before going in together. |

Sometimes contacting the host/hostess of the party can be a good move too (variable outcome depending on the host/ess)
I host the Interracial party at Cupids - Black Magic. If I know a lady is coming alone then I will make sure keep an eye out and introduce her to my friends/other ladies.
Next party is Friday 15th October so if it’s your cuppa tea then let me know. There’s lots of single ladies on the list  x |

I think this is a great idea, there's a part of me that would love to visit a club and experience what it has to offer, but another part of me that worries its not for me!

That's the thing, I'm not really sure what I'm looking for! Which I'm fully aware doesn't help the situation 
I think initially it will be to understand the dynamic and then etiquette, if that's the right word, of a club! Plus I'm not great at getting naked or stripping to the underwear in public |

Pandora will probably be a good option for you, in Leeds. It’s not dress down on arrival so you can wear something you’re a bit more comfortable in. The play areas and social areas are quite separate and it’s huge! They often do events and have kik groups for people who want to chat beforehand so you kinda ‘know’ people when you arrive.

I have recently attended Cupid’s as a single lady for the first time for their BBW event last month. I loved it!! I just stood at the bar after having been shown around & got chatting to folks. Everyone was lovely. I am off there again on 7th October if any ladies on here want to pop & say hello. And I met Bunny that evening too & she is gorgeous. Don’t be shy ladies give it a try. I'm a regular at Atlantis in Stoke and attend as a single lady. I'm happy for anyone to message me if they fancy going there.
It's more of a nightclub style club, (so no stripping off anxiety).

So me and my partner venture out to clubs all over the country and more recently I have been attending some on my own.
Always love making new friends a couple of good friends of mine have actually commented on this thread.
Would definitely recommend following bunny’s advice of contacting the hosts, generally we would introduce them to people who we know wouldn’t overwhelm or pester you.

You need balls of steel to go to clubs on your own.
Not all hosts who put events on, show you around. Especially if they're busy talking to others.
At that point it can be uncomfortable.
I'd always suggest females going with others where they can!
Or else it's a mammoth task to fit in....

What an interesting thread. Actually I can semi understand some of the challenges that single women have as much as single guys. For me I always go on my own and rarely buddy up.

The attic in Derby is the same dress down on arrival and I usually change halfway through, lockers, showers and changing facilities with lots of playrooms aswell.,.. it’s mainly for couples on a Friday but Saturday has a lot more ppl in inc single males and women too... |

We will be hosting our Flaunt event at Club Play (in Blackpool) on Saturday 13th November!
The event is aimed at curvy ladies and their admirers but it’s a really inclusive event and we welcome all. We have lots of single ladies on the guest list and would love it if some of you could join us.
Club Play is a great venue where you can all socialise and get to know each other as well as have endless amounts of fun.

Single girl who clubs… I’m in plenty of kik groups who all club and socialise together, mix of couples and singles of all ages.
I definitely think that’s one of the best ways to get to know people and stay in touch with people who club often .

Any single ladies free on Friday evening, there is a special evening for ladies that haven't been to Atlantis in Stoke.
It is opening early (8.30). Free refreshments on arrival.
£5 entry, instead of the usual £10. Chance to chat before normal club opening time at 9pm. Bring ID and own alcohol.
It would be great to have some of you come along and check out my local club.

Great idea! I went to the all ladies night at townhouse recently and it was a bit strange not having Mr by my side! I’m not the best at integrating with groups of ladies who already know eachother! We’re off to no.3 this Friday, not been there before so really looking forward to it, and then Xtasia again on Saturday! Not sure when my next ladies only will be Miss pc |

Just to say we only attend clubs for our fab activities and have been to a fair few. Club play is our go to club when we plan in advance . Lots of single women ( and nervous men) attend the club and are made to feel at ease by the clientele. I think a lot has to do with the way it is set out downstairs. It makes for easy chatting and socialising with no question of expectation that that should lead to anything else. Which just makes for a fun second half of the evening (upstairs ) as everyone is relaxed to do their OWN thing. |

"As a single woman I often find it difficult to socialise initially in clubs. Couples tend to stick with couples and I'm always worried a guy thinks I'm a dead cert if I smile or chat, (I have a particular type I'm interested in).
It would be good to have a base for other single women to drop a note to say they're attending a club and see if any other single women are going. Maybe arrange to meet up to enter Etc. I will always attend a club as a single woman and don't want to be accompanied by a male.
Please this thread isn't to be use as a pick up joint. It's for us women to arrange the company of other women for socialising/accompanying.

I heard it had re-opened and is on my list of places to hit. Diary's pretty full this month and into May but fingers crossed I'll pay a visit soon. |

There's a beach theme party, so think skimpy summer dresses, shorts n Tshirt, the guys will be given grass skirts. It'll be a great laugh. Bring ID and join on the night.
