. I love holdups quick easy but sometimes have problems with them staying up so for more enjoyment stockings and suspenders are the way forward

I most often wear stockings or hold ups when out in the day….

…however in the evening and most definitely for a meeting it would be stockings … and always Fully Fashioned stockings with six suspenders at that - unless there was a specific request for something different.
