VA on a Friday or Sat, which is best?

We have only been to VA once on a friday and liked it.

Going as a couple. Is there much difference for a Saturday night? I appreciate single men aren't allowed Saturday nights. Are Saturday nights busy as a rule?

Usually VA is busy no matter what.
