I think it is where an old alley used to be. As you walk in and past all the seating on the right, it's at the end there. Hardly anyone seems to use it, but it makes it so much quicker than queuing at the main steps.
There are also glass floors in it looking down into 2 play rooms below

The door is right by the downstairs toilet so I’m you can claim to be gong there and then disappear |

I had last Friday off, and then I’ve got next Friday (18th) off, had to work this one |

Hi, we been to Chams a few times but not on a Friday as yet. We were told its quite busy. We are looking to meet other couples to socialise with. Is Friday a good night for this..

It can be pretty busy. Hoping it will be this week as there is a bit of a group of us going.
There are usually lots of couples, but Friday also allows single guys. If you just want couples and want to avoid the singles, Saturday is normally your best day. |

Agree with this! Friday can get pretty crazy with all the single guys there. However, I’ve always seen plenty of couples there too.
