Alas I am no longer local enough to attend Chams freely enough to offer (though I managed it this past weekend), however I am sure you will get many offers.
I would suggest you maybe meet any willing gent for a social meet first so you can discuss what your expectations are (e.g. will you just want to observe and not play this first time etc).

I've met this gent a few times hun and
I can honestly say I've met this handsome gent in chams on my 1st time going into chams on my own .and met him a few more times when I've had the confidence to go on my own again.he's a lovely guy.
