I was thinking cowboy hat, undies/trunks and a pair of cowboy boots.

It's up to you,some people will be dressed up on theme, many will be dressed as they would be on a non theme night. I guess it's a good ice breaker. The closest we got to on theme, was a green waistband on my boxers on St Patricks night  . |
