Are there any swinging clubs anywhere in Cornwall?

In a word - no! Closest would be Unit 18 near Plymouth and Secrets in Totnes although Secrets is not a proper club as such. It does though come recommended by a friend and I`ve met the proprieters and they are lovely people.
