How easy are clubs to get to especially if you don't drive?
Are they usually located on some dark industrial estate or are there any in a town centre with easy access?
Any recommendations for a curious female?

Most big towns and cities have them if you do a search. The ones we've been to haven't been very good. They tend to target Men to get their credit card details. A swingers club is a far better option, even just to watch the dance floor, you get swingers pole dancing too 💃 |

I think you need to look for clubs with good reputation for fair practices and safety. They tend to be the ones with well established big main street frontages in cities, with lots of social media presence. Not the ones hidden down dark allys or suggested to you by touts. A good club and staff will always look after a lady and not rip you off.
However it really depends if you have your heart set on the strip club experience or just looking to scratch an itch for some debauchery? If the later maybe try a swingers club instead. And sometimes you still get to see some pole dancing of a pretty decent standard  |
