I'm pondering a visit to The Annex today. Is it worth the 2 hour drive. How does it compare the VA. ?

Much smaller, lovely rooms. very sociable, lovely staff, VA can be very clicky fron what we've experienced.

Hit and miss busy wise on Fridays.

We love it though, felt at home.

Newmarket

The Annex was the first club we visited about six months ago. We haven't been back but really loved it. Only reason we haven't been back is it's to far for everyone we have connected with.

Smaller than VA but more private areas and not so wide open. The staff was amazing and everyone was very welcoming to my wife and I.

it's clean and the owners are very friendly.

it's open every Friday daytime, the 3rd Friday of the month is a TV/CD special, there are still couples there, but you may want to avoid/attend depending on your presence
