Not in London, but not that far away, is Penthouse Playrooms in Dunstable. They have Wicked Wednesday event once a month, next one on the 16th of July. You need to be a member to attend.
Then there is Vanilla Alternative near Sandy, just off A1. They have MILF club on Wednesdays, again once a month, I believe. And again, you need to be a member, and on the guest list, to attend.
If you're looking strictly in London area, then Ignite near Heathrow would be my best guess.
