We have been to this event last night. It was awful! In the last three times we went there they had a problem with the hot tub even though they have two. They said to us that they had a power down and that's why the water is cold and they said to another couple that someone played with the buttons and why that's why it's called inside the dancing area and it was freezing cold. I even had one of their staff member coming to me and said oh you need to wear just a towel when it was 10° inside. There was six people that are regular there five single Asian men another couple and that was about it. We don't recommend and we promise ourselves. This will be the last time we go there even though we have paid for a whole year membership |

Before covid, Eureka was busy in the daytime. Always regulars and casual visitors in abundance. It was a great place to visit.
Layout changes haven't helped, including the removal of the pool table and the general reduction of cosiness.
Often I am either the only or the only other customer on a winter day, particularly this season, but the seasons come and go and, as others have said, it is incompatable when the sun starts shining again and the place reverts to its original role as a naturist and sun worshippers' venue.

I had to abandon today's visit because the road was closed between the school and Manor Lane.
So near and yet so far.
I wanted to go there as I am usually a Wednesday regular and last week, when I arrived, Emma said 'We knew Frank would come here today'.
It was sunny then and again today. Spring getting nearer! |

It’s great there. I tend to go to silverleigh in the winter and split between silverleigh and eurekas in the summer. Both good clientele. Both can chill. Both can have fun. Had great experiences at both |

I remember queueing up outside the gate, waiting to get in having trouble parking the car it used to be that busy back in the day,
bi nights on Wednesdays it was definitely rocking. I've been there a couple of times over the last couple of years, and and I can honestly say I've been the only person in there such a shame. |

Unusual for me not to be the only person there as well!
Nearly went yesterday and cant go today, despite possibility of sunshine.
The entrance drive is in dire need of levelling and my rear suspension bushes are clonking badly so I'm going easy on visits until they get a new pile of gravel up there.
The holes won't get filled if there is nothing to fill them with.
Same goes for the holes belonging to any visitors! |

I am hoping to go there for a while today. Wednesday is my regular Eureka day during the winter season but it is spring now and the regulars will be returning.

Eureka was fantastic yesterday (Wednesday).
Lots of familiar faces back for the first time this year.
Plenty of fun being had and good atmosphere all round.
But why were there only two or three of us on the preceding two lovely days?
By this afternoon the good weather will be but a memory, so why the wasted opportunities? |

We went a number of years ago to one of the organised social events a SH+fabswingers joint event.
And my god it was an eye opener 
All we could think of was a combination of carry on swinging/ my big fat gypsy wedding combination.

Looking forward to some Friday and Saturday sunbathing, must be busy today.
Unfortunately, unlike Germany, there are very few places where naked sunbathing is acceptable.
Visited eurekas a few times last summer, lots of open space but the facilities could do with some TLC. |

I've put today on hold, it has clouded over fairly significally and there is a lot of north in the wind.

Used to frequent Eureka about 10 years ago… the weekend party nights used to be very busy although the club does not have many rooms for private play and most of the action happen in the couples only room.
The huge grounds are amazing on a hot summers day although I think it had a change of owners during Covid and the subsequent membership changes resulted in a big fall in attendances?
