There aren't any, as the police will shut them down. Thai girls charging for sex is illegal, but is openly accepted as long as the police get their kick backs, a swingers club where adults engage in consensual sex for no money, can not. Depends what you are looking for, there is a swingers scene in Thailand, it's discreet, people meet at private parties or arrange their own meets, so not as openly as in the West.
