Hello my fellow fabbas
Me and my misses have finally broken the donkey back and signed up to are first membership for vanilla alternative it not the closest club to us being from wgc but we thought from the reviews and location it would be a good place to start. We have been together for 5 years now. And have been talking about doing this sort off things for a few years. So now we are looking for some advice what to expect at a swinger club? How to behave? Dress ? The does and don't? And the best event for a noobie? Or even have we signed up for the right club for a noobie couple? Happy to give more information just ask away we just want to make sure we are prepared aware what to expect? Happy fab! |

VA is an open play only club, with no private lockable rooms (unless you count the hotel rooms, but those are extra, not included in the entry fee). It's great for voyeurs and exhibitionists, but could be a bit overwhelming for someone new. Or you never know, you may have the time of your life, as long as you're mentally prepared.
Dress code- very much "dress to impress". Not necessarily black tie (unless, obviously, that's what it states on the event) but the upper end of "smart casual", I'd say.
Recommended event- depending on what you're looking for, but probably for the very first time, I'd go for women and couples only event as the ones where single men are allowed in can be a bit more intense, like in any other club when single men are allowed in. But at VA, you don't have a private room to retire to- you do have a couple's only room though.
The club is licenced so you can't bring your own booze, all the drinks have to be bought from there. Factor this into your expenses for the night.
VA wouldn't be my choice for a very first time club visit as I like to have more options than open play areas only. But you never know, you may discover it's actually your "thing". |

Just to add: like in any club, there is absolutely zero pressure to do anything, you can just sit at the bar and chat.
"Don'ts" are exactly the same as in any club - don't look with your hands (meaning don't touch unless specifically invited to), don't get d*unk. |

Dress sexy.
My favourite part of going to the club is dressing up.
Don’t drink too much. I get it, a bit of social lubricant helps. But it’s easy to tip over the edge.
We have a couple of drinks at the hotel before we call the uber. Then we switch to water.
Focus on each other. Go with the flow. No expectations. Even if you only fuck your partner, it will in a sexy place around sexy people whilst listening to sexy music..

If you are willing to travel to VA then I would seriously consider Jaydees as well. VA was a good night on both occasions we have been, but not having any private rooms was what's made us decide we probably wont go back in a rush.
Jaydees and PP so far have been the best for us. Open play rooms, couple areas, and dungeon areas to have a bit of fun and see some exciting stuff, but also have the option of a private room to have some alone time if thats what you're into like us.
Most clubs will have the club rules on their website, whoch is always worth reading through.
One thing we have found with all of them over the last year since we have been in the lifestyle is that consent is paramount, people are respectful for the most part and respect each others boundaries and accept a polite no thank you and then move on. Dress codes are also generally on the websites and specific event details if different.
I would suggest choosing a quieter night for the first visit. We went to Purple Mamba for our very first visit, which is a nice small club, it was fairly quiet, but worked well for us as it wasn't overwhelming. We had such a great time we went back to the following night!
