Regarding clubs, they are all very non-pressure environment. Nobody has to do anything there they wouldn't want to do. Also, most clubs have private lockable rooms so if, at any point, you both decide you enjoy the atmosphere and would like to have some fun, you can go to those rooms.
Regarding demographics, clubs tend to attract people who are, on average, 35+, but there would be some younger ones, too. Each club has their own policy regarding the lowest age, but most are 21+.
Most people make an effort going clubbing, dress nicely, as sexy as they dare. Each club advertises their dress code on their website.
From your description, OP, it sounds to me like you'd like to "try before you buy", so I would recommend a club where you don't have to commit to membership on your first visit. As far as I'm aware, The Attic in Derby is the only club without membership, with some other clubs offering events where, as long as you're on the list, you don't need to take out membership on the day. Keep an eye on the forum, under "club events", as that's where those are advertised. "
Thank you, we do have some direct neighbours that frequent our local clubs. This won't be a problem once we're established. However for us it's babysteps and let this lifestyle evolve organically and flourish, then we can go from there x |
