I've not heard anything from fab why my forum post keeps getting deleted so I'll keep posting it back up every single time.
It's a shame some one is so butt hurt they keep causing issues with it when nothing wrong has been done.

No shagging in the outdoor area (I think including the fake taxi - which was locked last time we went in Feb)
No vaping indoors
No means no
I think that is about it
I should hope no peeing in the hot tub is a universal rule

I believe it is busier from late afternoon to mid evening - we wouldn’t know though because we are last minute Lucy’s for everything and get there between 9 and 10 pm |

The feedback I’ve read is Daytimes it’s more guys and TV/TS, more of a sauna vibe
Evenings tend to get more couples in and more a swing club vibe |

Usually pretty busy lunchtime til 2.00, 2.30 then quietens off. Sadly never been in evening |

Gave it a go for a few hours this afternoon, just to feel it out. Nice venue, shame there was no one to give me a show around, but obviously the staff were busy. No one getting handsy as mentioned above. Then again, if you read the verification from the last Guy I met, it seems I have quite a scary vibe. 
Hats off to the few people that were brave enough to come and talk to me. Feel free to drop me a verification, Same if you saw me messing about on the pole before I left. Shame it’s a little short to do anything decent on, but I gave a good show of it.

In other threads he is very upfront about his persuasions. I think it would be hard for him to sit authentically in straight or bi categories as the extent of his persuasion aligns with neither |
