Yes. Get a mainline train from Birmingham New Street to Liverpool Lime Street and then take the underground from Lime St to (I think it's called) Green Lane train station.
Townhouse is a short walk from Green Lane station. |

If it is Green Lane, the journey is 11 minutes and the last train on a Sunday (didn`t look at any other days) leaves Green Lane at 11.47pm. Appears to be a frequent service!
