Yes agreed. I did ask the guy (Graeme?) about that later on in the evening and while I wouldn't go so far as to say he got a bit defensive about it, he sounded like he was fed up discussing it. Apparently they had a boiler problem that morning although that should have been sorted by 11.30 (I got there around 12.30).
The pool temp was definitely warmer the previous Sunday. I'm sure of it. |

No, it's not busy now that summer is well and truly a distant memory. Still, means no great competition for the facilities - especially the hot tubs! |

Just booked Tues next week (22nd) off as leave, so hopefully will make it that day and evening. Be nice not to have to leave reluctantly at 8pm like I usually do! |

Friday is now well too over priced for single men that's why I don't go any more and thay let in way too many guys that need to be more selective now it seem to be all about the money knowing that may well be shut down next year which would be a shame as in summer months it's lovely spending a day by the pool. |

I will say the last 2 times I have done it at 9am it's sold out
Which is fine but it did make me question how many tried to book at 9am
For me I hate this as you can't make plans with anyone

A new female friend and i will be at kestrels tomorrow - if you fancy some champagne and laughter in the pool then you will probably find us there after 1.30

Don't just give up, put yourself on the reserve list. As I understand it, the number of single guy places available for a given Friday is determined by how many couples and women have pre-booked, so new spaces open up as more bookings are made. |

Been in Kestrel day x only. Love the atmosphere and never been disappointed people and facilities are nice and stuff is best and friendliest that there is out there full stop going again on 25th and 28th day time. Looking forward to see you nice people in the playroom Dungeon or jacuzzis. Will be sipping champagne and looking for new friends love to meet you all. Have a great day. X x |
