Some are opposite way round, from what we have seen. Couples on Friday, open to all on Sat. But, generally, yes. It does seem to be Sat as couples/single ladies only.

Best bet is to check club websites. As far as I’m aware, every club will have them on their calendar - you just need to check out when & which one sounds like it suits you!
