I've always expected Barry White, when the 'lovin' starts... but never heard it yet

My preference is "quiet", as I have trouble hearing conversation over background noise. And that part of the evening is for talking to people, not listening to music.

I appreciate I'm in a minority on this.

A good club will endure that there are quieter areas to chat in etc

As we tend to go to fetish events at swingers clubs then music takes on a whole new meaning as people tend to flog/cane/paddle/whip in time to the beat!

Still, the screams and moans on tbe back beat create a jazz feel to it

We love 80's, especially new wave/new romantic.

Unfortunately we generally seem to be subjected to endless r&b - which we absolutely hate!

Is it just me that finds that while rnb is the chosen soundtrack of many clubs the demographic never seem to match it

At Club SX in Blackpool, we play a mix of EVERYTHING but the host on the night can do their own themed playlist if they like (subject to change if not going down well with customers!) we also play requests from customers

However we do also have a rock n metal night, dance music nights and even an Abba night coming up!

We struggle with the music in clubs as we are more in to rock and metal and it's most dance music or some from of electronic type stuff. But never prodigy haha
