This is a Private Party for Swingers & Alternative lifestyles, Adults only social club,
It is for Couples, Single Ladies, Greedy Girls, and Single Guys,
Dress code for Gents is Smart Casual, and ladies: Sexy or Dress to impress.
Anyone is welcome to apply, Str8 or Bi,
This is a private party held within the curtilage of our home,
This is a No pressure event; do only what you want to do, just enjoy yourself.
Etiquette: No means No.
We need to know if you wish to attend (so please contact us).
The Event will commence at 8pm through to 3am.
A light finger buffet, Tea, Coffee, Orange or lemon Squash & Chilled Water is provided (Free),
Bring your own Alcohol & Mixers please. (We do not stock or sell drinks).
There is ample parking, and plenty of room for your Cars Etc.,
No one will be admitted unless they have contacted us. & received a confirmation note,
This is to stop persons from just turning up, and to keep a nice ratio balance.
