I’m attending an introductory-level group around conscious sexuality hosted by Freedom Bridge Tantra in Saltburn. It is suitable both to those who are new to Tantra/ Conscious Sexuality, and those who are more experienced.
In this one day workshop, it covers:
- Introduction to Tantra/ Conscious Sexuality
- Boundaries & consent
- Invitation to give and receive touch with the other participants
- Connecting to self and others from the heart
- Self-love and self-acceptance
- Using breath in a conscious way
- The Wheel of Consent
- Nudity
The workshop is clothing-optional, which means that at some point during the workshop your are invited to take off some, or all, of your clothes if you wish to do so. As with all processes, this is done by choice and there is no obligation to do anything you do not wish to do.
The group is held in a safe and loving space this is not a swinger party.
