If you can connect via WiFi but not a mobile network, your operator will have some form of adult content restrictions in place. If you contact them as an adult, they will remove content blocking.

Ok can get Fab guys on both wifi and 4 g

So i cant see it being mobile provider prob would it not be blocked both ways?

No it is your mobile provider. They will probably either block via a list of sites or even just key words. Guy is probably ok but swingers not.
