people on Ur friends list can still see u online tho so doesn't always help

I think a show online/offline option would be better than constantly hiding your profile and much easier  |

Maybe able to login as 'profile hidden' rather than log in and then have to navigate to profile hidden and unhide when logging out…. or move the hide profile button to a users home page?

Id like to hide from the people on my friends list too sometimes so the hide profile things isnt enough.
Other sites enable this (Show as offline) and it is a useful feature |

I often hide my profile to avoid messages from new people but then I get messages from people who presumably have me listed somewhere asking what is wrong? ...are you hiding from me?...etc Can be a bit frustrating!
I love looking at the forums and I get 'Hi there'...'Hi babe?' ...'Are you okay?' ...'Are you ignoring me?'...wears me out a bit!
Have backed out of the scene several times because what is supposed to be fun became slightly stressful. |
