Photo rules change?

I hope one of the friendly admins can help.

I had a photo that was on my profile since I joined back. It’s not vanilla, but was on display until yesterday. I noticed that it is rejected in my photos today

Did the rules change recently?

The rules have not changed no, but someone may have reported a pic that may have been passed in error
