It would be great if a dark mode option is made available, the bright white absolutely kills the eyes in the evening and early morning.

Thanks

Could you use a browser with the option, such as Opera? It's great at night

Check your browser settings as these can give you the option I know chrome does have it.

Lurking in iPhone Accesibility settings, you can set up a shortcut to ‘smart invert’ your display settings (i.e. everything except images shows in negative).

+1 for Dark Mode. I appreciate that there ways to do it but a native method would be preferable.

I've been playing about with Settings in Android Google Chrome and managed to get Dark Mode to work for me.

I've only tested this on my Samsung A50 running Android 10 and latest version of Chrome.

1. Open up a new tab in Chrome

2. In address bar goto chrome://flags

3. A 'Search Flags' search bar will appear at top page, enter 'Dark Mode'

4. You will see an setting called 'Force Dark Mode for Web Contents'

5. Under this line, there is a drop-down menu with different 'Enabled' settings. Choose either 'Enabled with Selective Inversion' or 'Enabled with Selective inversion of Everything' (I found 'Everything' worked better with both pics and vids.)

6. A message will appear asking to relaunch Chrome.

It's odd maybe but I find any sort of dark mode hurts my eyes more than white ever does

It's the yellow I hate and my husband can tell straight away I'm perving on here by the yellow reflecting off the screen having a dark mode would be helpful.
