Because when you upload a photo you can tick the gender it goes in.
It’s either they have accidentally ticked Man/male or ticked it to get to the top of men’s hot pics… |

It will be because a mod hasn't done the job properly, for example if the pic is uploaded by the user as a male by mistake then the mod has not changed it to female or couple....if you report they will be changed. |

I think they are possibly using the wrong gender categories when selecting the category maybe ? |
