Fingers crossed

We’ve experienced many problems relating to our profile and account settings lately, it’s been so bad we contacted admin this morning, they very quickly replied and gave us a number of actions to take to rectify the problems.

Two things

First a big thank you for the speedy reply.

Second going to do everything recommended.

Now just hoping and praying, fingers crossed this solves our problems and we can fully use our account as we would like to.
