Okay, so I am a big fan of the forums, and posts on it including replies.
I also read and write on the stories and fantasies section, and I’ve noticed readers just giving a thumbs up or other emoji as a post so the story doesn’t get lost to them and as a digital bookmark.
Sadly this takes up posts in the thread, and quite often you end up with stories that reach over many conversations, particularly the good well written ones, because of the amount of reader traffic leaving book marks!
If there were a way to “fab” a post leaving a digital bookmark it’d help both authors and reader, and I imagine admins to manage said forums, while also keeping down the amount of data the forum uses too, allowing for other projects?
I mean don’t get me wrong I love seeing how many people like my writing, and absolutely enjoy but there’s got to be s better way surely than a string of  and  all over a post? |
