Help we are at a lose end, back before Christmas our profile was randomly changed from a couples profile to a single guys profile and all our photos of me (Liz) where rejected, at the time I wasn't meeting, it was just Nick, but he always uses his own single guys profile to arrange meets, if anyone messaged us during this time we would straight away point this out.
We have attempted to contact admin but we never get a reply our verifications clearly show that we are infant a coupe and at the time the oldest verification was less than a month old,
If it wasn't for all our verifications and all the pics and videos that we had on here we would just delete this profile and start again, but what else can we do if we just keep getting ignored? Liz |

Try putting something on your status saying “Verified couple looking to meet other couples” and see if admin notice that , maybe upload a new photo of both of you at the time too |

Admin say they replied to you on 15th December. It may be lost in the middle of your mails so might be best to check |

That advice probably won't help as the pic would be rejected and Admin don't get chance to read every status on profiles
Have a nose at the mail Admin sent you and if you still think it needs a review contact Admin again |
