Who "looked at me"

If I view a profile (not blocked by sex,etc) but am unable to send a message "because.....etc" does the profile/person see that I have looked?

Yes they can see that you've looked.

If you go to your privacy settings you can enable the feature that allows you to hide on who's looked at me
